What a tremendous blessing to have been allowed of the Lord to spend another year serving Him at Canaan Baptist Church.  It is hard to believe that two years have already passed since my family and I came back home to Canaan to assist Dr. Caudill in this great work.  The time truly has flown by.  The Lord is amazing in how He keeps sending blessing after blessing, day after day.

          The wonderful church family of Canaan has been so kind and loving to me and especially to Mrs. Jennifer and the children.  We love them so much, and look forward to continuing serving the Lord together ‘til Jesus comes!

          I thought it was an impossible dream to have the opportunity to serve the Lord here at Canaan, especially with a man of God like Dr. Caudill.  Yet, the Lord has allowed that dream to come true.  And the best is yet to come.  My family and I love the Caudills.  We share a priceless friendship.  We also share a common vision for the Lord to do greater things in the Land of Canaan.

          Please help us pray for Missions Awareness Month during October.  Thank the Lord for the opportunity to have a part in getting the Gospel around the world through faith promise missions.  We are praying the God would help us re-focus and re-energize our efforts for this great endeavor during the coming year.  This month concludes with “REACHING OUR JERUSALEM SUNDAY!”  The need for the lost to come to Christ is great around the world, but it is also great around the corner in our community.

          Please help me pray for our Bus Ministry.  Each worker is laboring to reach more people that the buses may be filled and the souls of children reached with the Gospel.  The Devil hate the Bus Ministry, and he attacks in many ways.  Yet, the Lord is able, and we must trust Him.

          In closing, last month, Mrs. Jennifer and I celebrated our ninth wedding anniversary.  I want you to know, that God has forever blessed my life and my ministry through my beautiful, wonderful, and faithful wife.  We are truly having the time of our lives serving God and rearing our children at Canaan Baptist Church!
